The Cicero-North Syracuse girls and Auburn boys were both victorious in the morning competition and the Cazenovia girls and Fayetteville-Manlius boys won the afternoon event during the George Constantino Memorial Invitational at the SRC Arena on Saturday.
Morning session
Kate Putman won the 1,000-meter run in 2:58.10, Kaleigh Boismenu won the pole vault with a leap of 8-0 and the Northstars took the 4x400 meter relay for a 118.5 winning point total. Jamesville-DeWitt was second with 102.5 and Westhill was third with 72.
Kyleen Brady was a double winner for Auburn, taking the 1,500-meter run in 4:57.72 and 300-meter run in 10:33.15.
Also for Auburn, Jerry Czyz won the 600-meter run in 1:31.67, Chris Howard took the 1,000-meter run in 2:46.31 and the 1,600-meter run in 4:40.95, Owen Gasper won the 3,200-meter run in 9:59.42, Dustin Swartwood won the shot put with a throw of 49-7.5 and weight throw with a 66-4 toss.
Auburn racked up 103 points, to edge out Cicero-North Syracuse, with 99 points and Jamesville-DeWitt with 87.
Yor Yal was a double winner for Henninger, winning the high jump (6-2) and long jump (19-6).
