Cicero-North Syracuse and Nottingham were tied at the end of regulation, but the Northstars pulled away in overtime to grab the 63-56 win on Wednesday in a SCAC contest.
C-NS improved its record to 4-0.
"It was a great win," C-NS coach Kyle Martin said. "Nottingham brought it to us all game."

The Bulldogs found themselves with a 33-25 lead at the half. In the third quarter, the Northstars went on an 11-3 run to tie the game at 36-36.
Both teams scored 16 points in the fourth quarter, which led to a 52-all score at the end of regulation.
C-NS then took OT into its own hands and capped the matchup on a high note.
"Our guys pushed forward, made some shots in OT and got some separation," Martin said.
Martin said his Northstars were off for two weeks due schedule changes and last week's snowstorm. Despite being "really rusty" to start the game, Martin said his team "found a way to win."
"It was a weird game and, at times, it was ugly. Sometimes, you (have to) win ugly," he said.
Andrew Benedict led C-NS with 17 points, eight of which were off free throws. Reece Congel, who also sank eight free throws, chipped in 15 points. Michael Gallo added 13 points and Kyle Williams contributed eight.
For Nottingham (3-2), Steyvon Jones scored a game-high 26 points. Malachi McCurty finished with 10 points and Denarius McCurty added eight.
C-NS faces West Genesee at 6:45 p.m. Thursday. Nottingham takes on Corcoran at 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
