Brooke Clute scored a double-double and the Baldwinsville girls volleyball team rallied for one set down to finish with a 3-1 victory over Cicero-North Syracuse in a Salt City Athletic Conference contest on Tuesday.

"After the first game, we started to serve and play better volleyball," said Baldwinsville coach Mary Jo Cerqua. "We continue to focus on getting better together every day."  

C-NS took the first set 25-21. The Bees then rallied to set score wins of 25-20, 25-14, and 25-17.

Clute finished with 11 kills and 13 digs while Kyrah Wilbur scored 12 kills, Sophia Ianno added 10 digs and Jenna Garvey recorded 28 assists.

Brooke Segars led the Northstars with 11 kills, Hannah Mingle had 28 digs and Cassidy Ormond added 22 assists.

Baldwinsville will next host West Genesee on Saturday, and Cicero-North Syracuse will next host Fayetteville-Manlius on Thursday.
