Baldwinsville looked dominant to start the game. The Bees won the opening set 25-16 thanks to stellar play from outside hitters Amelia Hahn and Avery Davenport.
C-NS bounced back in the second set. The Northstars secured a tight 25-20 victory largely as a result of Kendall Rumble making an impact in multiple aspects of the game.
The Northstars rode that momentum to a fast start in the third set. C-NS extended their lead to 20-10 and appeared bound to take home an easy win in the third set.
However, the Bees put together a streak of seven straight points and then another five-point rally to take a 22-21 lead. The score eventually evened up at 24-24. C-NS took the lead thanks to a 30-second volley and secured the win off of a great hit from Rumble.
C-NS stayed hot in the fourth set, taking an early 8-2 lead. Baldwinsville surged back to tie the set at 13-13. The Bees capitalized on three consecutive aces from Addy Garcia to take a commanding lead, eventually winning 25-19.

In the fifth set, the two teams were tied at four points apiece before Baldwinsville broke the set open with five straight points. The Bees leveraged their momentum en route to a 15-7 victory.
"We were up and down as a team," Hahn said. "In the end, we got the job done. We definitely did a really good job of communicating, and I couldn't have done it without my team behind me."

Hahn finished with a team-high 17 kills, while Offredi amassed 15 kills and Davenport recorded six kills.
