The Cicero-North Syracuse girls soccer team used a first half goal and steady defense to score a 1-0 win over Skaneateles in a non-league game on Friday.
Madelyn Jackson scored off an assist from Briana Dorrance for the game's only goal. It was the fifth goal of the season for Jackson, who lead the team in scoring.
The win with as seventh straight for the Northstars, who finish their season at nine wins, two losses and one tie as there are no other games listed on the their schedule.
C-NS used a balanced scoring attack all season as Juliana Marullo and Emilee Rio scored four goals each and Briana Dorrance and Ashley Evans netted three apiece and McKenna Slate had two for the 21 goal total.
The Northstars defense allowed just five goals all season and recorded seven shutouts.
