Cicero-North Syracuse tallied four goals in the fourth quarter to ride to a 5-1 win over Fayetteville-Manlius on Friday.
"It was a great win. F-M is always a tough opponent for us," C-NS coach Pat Kennedy said. "(F-M) shut us down for a good, long stretch of the game. We stuck to our game plan and finished things off in the fourth."

The Northstars and Hornets were knotted at 1-1 heading into the final quarter of the matchup. Led by Christina Wagner, C-NS (3-0) notched a quadruple set of scores to knock off F-M (1-2).
"Chrissy Wagner is fun to watch. I'm glad she's on our team," Kennedy said.
Wagner finished with two goals for the Northstars. Shannon Brown, Nicole Conklin and Alexa Snyder each chipped in a goal. Gabby Wameling added an assist, and Avery Richardson made three saves in goal.
"I'm pleased with our girls," Kennedy said. "We started out slow, but we kept getting stronger and stronger. Our defense and goalie (Richardson) did a heck of a job."
Sarah Porter scored the lone goal for the Hornets. In goal for F-M, Kaleigh Hamilton recorded 10 saves.
C-NS hosts Holland Patent at 12:30 p.m. Saturday. F-M is slated to compete in Whitesboro's Fall Classic this weekend.
